I had been a student of Reformer Pilates for years before becoming an instructor and adding this to Meraki Holistic. I love the lengthening and leaning of the muscles through the classic and contemporary Pilates moves. I also admire the supportive and rehabilitative nature of these movements.

I am both classically and contemporarily trained in Reformer Pilates, and I aim to bring unique and bespoke movements to each of my sessions. Seeing my clients thrive in my classes is what brings me the most joy!

I was a student attending TRX classes before getting certified as an instructor! I love the movements in this revolutionary workout method and find that it pairs beautifully with Pilates.

TRX is suspension resistance training that uses body weight and gravity. However, TRX can be made much easier depending on the movements and angles in which the exercise is done.

Don't be afraid to try it even though it may seem scary and very advanced!
